Created Unassigned: Can I use Compass? [36]

I tried using compass(css3/_images.scss) but getting error, not sure in run time they are calling functions from the ruby/compass file.

Error:
"-compass-list-size(compact(black, false, false, false, false, false, false, false, false, false)

I have installed the below Nugat pkg also, do we require this package?
