Closed Issue: Bundler appears to be working locally but returns v= instead of v= some string [5]

so the url that i get in debug is
http://localhost/Content/style?v=9MsiTXU-TQsGouCiqUSSOi8UpOvOmNg78S6W25cB0Oo1
but the url I get for the same project running in my hosted environment is
http://localhost/Content/style?v=

There is no error message and no indication of what is missing. Any help would be appreciated.
