Autoprefixer allows you to configure the percentage support by country, e.g. "> 1% in US" to support all browsers that have more than 1% usage in the US.
I've tried to enter this type of setting in BundleTransformer through the web.config, but it gives an error.
Since this is supported natively in Autoprefixer, it would be nice if this worked through BundleTransformer as well.

As a basis I use browser version of Autoprefixer - [Autoprefixer Rails](https://github.com/ai/autoprefixer-rails). It seems that this version does not support targeting by country. I recommend you to read, what author of Autoprefixer ([Andrey Sitnik](https://github.com/ai)) writes about this issue - [“browserslist entry with locale doesn't work”](https://github.com/ai/autoprefixer-rails/issues/72).
